Dukaan Nafo is shop-management software provided by Jaimee Tech ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.
New installations get a free trial of 30 days. After that a paid licence is needed. If a licence ends there is a 7-day grace period. After that the app asks you to renew, but you can always save a backup of your own data.
Prices are shown at purchase, in rupees; any applicable GST is shown on the invoice. Licences are for one shop. Refund: 15 days money-back on first purchase.
The records are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy, for keeping backups, for keeping your PINs private, and for following the law about the customer information you hold, including recording used-phone purchases properly.
The app helps with billing, GST amounts and reports, but it does not replace your accountant. Check important figures. Festival dates and Gujarati/Hindi wording should be confirmed before you rely on them in public.
Do not use the app to record or sell stolen goods, to deceive customers, or to attack the service.
We try to keep cloud features running but cannot promise no interruptions. Because the app keeps working on your device, a cloud outage does not stop you from billing.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the licence fee you paid in the last 12 months.
